My only wish in life is that they would start staying open on sundays. My tip is to get extra chick fil a sauce and save it at home. This way, if you're craving waffle fries and its a sunday you can just get regular fries and use the stash of chick fil a sauce at home.

I was so excited that they had just open this on the corner of Pembroke Pines and Flamingo. It definitely saved me the trip from going to the Miramar location (even though there's one in Pembroke Lakes Mall). The staff is super friendly and yet the food is amazing!! I love the fact that they had the Banana Bread Pudding Handspun Milkshake, they do not have cherry coke at this location. But I am a fan of this location!

Everyone has smiles on there face constanly, I mean they never are frowing which always makes you feel at your best. Somone smiles at you and you MUST smile back. Man I remember when Chick-Fil-A used to be accurate and efficient. It's a shame their chicken sandwiches are so good, because their service is shit. You can tell by the quality of people they have started hiring they have definitely lowered their standards. I asked for a #1 no pickles + cheese and I get a Multigrain Bun with no cheese. When I take it back they replaced it with a chicken sandwich and a slice of cheese that was so cold my finger suffered frostbite from removing it. The attention to detail has definitely left the building in these establishments what a shame. If I wanted my order messed up I would just go to McDonalds or Burger King. FYI don't come here around 3-4 pm it gets packed with high school kids.

Even though this location has the double lane, it gets jammed up but worse than that is just the traffic to get into that particular lot due to the intersection it is located at.. I try to keep my social politics out of my dining choices. While I may not agree with Chick-Fil-A's views on certain issues, I have to admit it's a step above the typical fast food establishments. You can tell employees take pride in the appearance of the store. It's really clean and each table has a flower on it. I don't feel like I'm in a fast food restaurant. The workers walk around asking pleasantly if you'd like a refill. Last time I was here, a woman with 2 kids spilled chocolate milk, and it was cleaned in 2 minutes with a smile. Now I haven't even talked about the food, which is ridiculously delicious. I like that I can get grilled chicken and fruit, but let's be honest, I really want their fried chicken nuggets or sandwich with Chick-FIL-A sauce and a lemonade. I feel like I'm in a wholesome environment here and like to come with my 2 year old. This location has a small playground. They even have family nights on Tuesdays I believe. I feel so much more comfortable here than at some of their ghetto competition where I have to keep an eye out for shady people up to no good. I will say they do get very busy, so your best bet is to go during non peak hours.

I ordered a Cobb Salad to go, with Avocado Ranch. Upon returning to my office with lunch, I noticed I wasn't given any salad dressing. I called the store and spoke with Angelica whom told me the Director of the Store wanted me to "save" the salad and bring it back whenever I was back at their location. I found this request unusual and unhelpful as I'm not going to freeze a salad to bring in next week when I'm back. I believe the response to my very basic complaint does not align to Chick Fil A's perceived priority on customer satisfaction. Spending at least $100 dollars there a week with my office, we will happily bring our business elsewhere over a $1.00 (estimated) packet of Ranch and a rather unusual request to freeze the salad to bring back next week. For the record, after I finished speaking with Angelica, I tossed the salad and didn't consume even a bite of my meal, as this is not about money, but the principal.

I love the food and service at chick fil a. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and waffle fries and the ice cream. And chick fil a sauce. Dont judge me. Its soo goood. And the staff is always soo pleasant and never judge you for how much food you order. What more can you ask of a fast food chain? My only wish in life is that they would start staying open on sundays. My tip is to get extra chick fil a sauce and save it at home. This way, if you're craving waffle fries and its a sunday you can just get regular fries and use the stash of chick fil a sauce at home.

First, they bring the food to you, then they come by and ask if you need refills, sauces, napkins, etc. But most importantly the food is good! Excellent location for us locals in the Pines. Stopped by twice. They have two drive through lane which is convenient. Service was the best. Chicken sandwiches were hot, fresh and crispy. The vanilla shake was so good I think above my car there were angels were singing!

I was so excited that they had just open this on the corner of Pembroke Pines and Flamingo. It definitely saved me the trip from going to the Miramar location (even though there's one in Pembroke Lakes Mall). The staff is super friendly and yet the food is amazing!! I love the fact that they had the Banana Bread Pudding Handspun Milkshake, they do not have cherry coke at this location. But I am a fan of this location!

I was excited when Chick-Fil-A came to a closer more convenient location to me and have been stopping by since the opening weekend. The drive-thru line was a little slower than other locations but that's probably to be expected at any new location. As I step into this Chick Fil A for the first time I realzie that this is such a good franchise company. Everyone has smiles on there face constanly, I mean they never are frowing which always makes you feel at your best. Somone smiles at you and you MUST smile back. Nice Chic Fil A, as most of them are. The usual decor and gratuitous "my pleasure" over and over. Even though this location has the double lane, it gets jammed up but worse than that is just the traffic to get into that particular lot due to the intersection it is located at.. Very busy location, but close to the mall and the hospital as well.

I try to keep my social politics out of my dining choices. While I may not agree with Chick-Fil-A's views on certain issues, I have to admit it's a step above the typical fast food establishments. You can tell employees take pride in the appearance of the store. It's really clean and each table has a flower on it. I don't feel like I'm in a fast food restaurant. The workers walk around asking pleasantly if you'd like a refill. Last time I was here, a woman with 2 kids spilled chocolate milk, and it was cleaned in 2 minutes with a smile. Now I haven't even talked about the food, which is ridiculously delicious. I like that I can get grilled chicken and fruit, but let's be honest, I really want their fried chicken nuggets or sandwich with Chick-FIL-A sauce and a lemonade. I feel like I'm in a wholesome environment here and like to come with my 2 year old. This location has a small playground. They even have family nights on Tuesdays I believe. I feel so much more comfortable here than at some of their ghetto competition where I have to keep an eye out for shady people up to no good. I will say they do get very busy, so your best bet is to go during non peak hours.

I ordered a Cobb Salad to go, with Avocado Ranch. Upon returning to my office with lunch, I noticed I wasn't given any salad dressing. I called the store and spoke with Angelica whom told me the Director of the Store wanted me to "save" the salad and bring it back whenever I was back at their location. I found this request unusual and unhelpful as I'm not going to freeze a salad to bring in next week when I'm back. I believe the response to my very basic complaint does not align to Chick Fil A's perceived priority on customer satisfaction. Spending at least $100 dollars there a week with my office, we will happily bring our business elsewhere over a $1.00 (estimated) packet of Ranch and a rather unusual request to freeze the salad to bring back next week. For the record, after I finished speaking with Angelica, I tossed the salad and didn't consume even a bite of my meal, as this is not about money, but the principal.

I was actually eating at this Chik-Fil-A during a student training day and they were teaching them extreme manners. These people are ALWAYS smiling. I feel like they enjoy their job very much. It's not like Mcdonald's, where everyone has a frown on their face. The environment is uplifting and they're probably the healthiest fast food chain out there. A little pricey for fast food but they definitely have quality food. Their waffle fries and milkshakes are THE BEST. Love this place so much.

A little pricey for fast food but they definitely have quality food. Their waffle fries and milkshakes are THE BEST. Love this place so much.

Man I remember when Chick-Fil-A used to be accurate and efficient. It's a shame their chicken sandwiches are so good, because their service is shit. You can tell by the quality of people they have started hiring they have definitely lowered their standards. I asked for a #1 no pickles + cheese and I get a Multigrain Bun with no cheese. When I take it back they replaced it with a chicken sandwich and a slice of cheese that was so cold my finger suffered frostbite from removing it. The attention to detail has definitely left the building in these establishments what a shame. If I wanted my order messed up I would just go to McDonalds or Burger King. FYI don't come here around 3-4 pm it gets packed with high school kids.
